Scientists put pictures of faces in front of these cobras and discovered they actually aim to spit their venom at the eyes with striking accuracy. The cocktail of toxins consists of nerve poisons and other components harmful to tissue. The eye’s cornea reacts with severe stinging pain and it can lead to blindness.
