It was clear that he needed to cut down on the massive amount of carbs he was eating. He also carefully introduced the concept of intermittent fasting, training his body to get used to eating in a certain timeframe.

It was extremely hard at first – he had to restrain himself day by day. But after the pounds started melting off, he felt encouraged to pick up exercising, too. He lost 100 lbs and went on to include resistance bands in his training. This is when his wife picked up the concept of dieting, and Ethan was happy to help her out.
